The chosen candidate must be in possession of a Diploma in HR, Business Administration or a related field, whilst previous experience in an administrative or HR support role is considered an asset.
Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations, combined with familiarity in using Human Resources Management Systems and Applicant Tracking Systems, is essential for this role.
Excellent organizational, analytical and communication skills are required.

Responsibilities
- Assisting in preparing employment contracts, work permits/visa applications, extensions, changes, and terminations
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records
- Managing employee benefits, including enrolment, communication, and issue resolution
- Ensuring compliance with employment laws and labor regulations
- Supporting recruitment by posting jobs, screening CVs, and scheduling interviews
- Updating internal databases and organizing personnel files
- Preparing documentation for non-EU employee requirements
- Communicating HR policies, procedures, and benefits to employees
- Performing general administrative tasks as needed
- Assisting with receptionist duties when required
