GCS Malta is looking for a Short Lets Executive to work with one of Malta’s leading Real Estate Agents companies operating in Malta.
 

Responsibilities

  • Assisting with management of short-term rental portfolio
  • Supporting guest reservations, communications, and check-in/out
  • Conducting property inspections to ensure safety, cleanliness, and functionality
  • Helping maintain compliance with local regulations
  • Assisting in delivering a first-class guest experience
  • Supporting communication with landlords and tenants
  • Assisting with property upkeep and maintenance coordination
  • Liaising with suppliers, contractors, and service providers
  • Preparing agreements, renewals, and reports
  • Supporting marketing initiatives for property promotion


Prior experience in hospitality, property management, or reservations is considered an advantage.

An enthusiastic and self-assured demeanor with an entrepreneurial mindset is essential, demonstrating leadership abilities to drive team performance and foster business expansion.

Flexibility in work hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays, is required.
