GCS Malta is looking for an Application Support Analyst to work with one of Malta’s leading insurance companies. The chosen individual will be reporting directly to the Application Support Manager.
Responsibilities
- Providing Level 1 & 2 application support and troubleshoot issues
- Monitoring applications, servers, databases, and scheduled jobs
- Installing and validating releases and patches for core applications
- Assessing user needs and recommend changes
- Maintaining requirements, testing, and development documentation
- Supporting process improvements and act as internal consultant
- Managing Github, Jenkins, TeamCity, and EDI systems
- Supporting maintenance and enhancements of business applications
- Collaborating with teams, ensuring timely delivery and transparency
The ideal candidate must have proven experience and track record of delivering successful projects.
This role requires understanding and knowledge of AGILE methodologies, along with exposure to Dynamics CRM, Dynamics GP, Liferay DXP and Mulesoft Integration.
One must be able to multitask effectively and prioritize issues independently.
