HR Executive

GCS Malta is looking to hire an HR Executive for one of Malta's leading pharmaceautical companies. 

 

Responsibilities

• Managing end-to-end recruitment and collaborating with hiring managers and partners
• Overseeing employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, contracts, and offboarding
• Maintaining accurate HRIS records and supporting system improvements
• Streamlining HR workflows and assisting with HR reports and analytics
• Supporting employee relations, compliance, and labour law alignment
• Coordinating training, development, and grant schemes
• Assisting with engagement, performance, and employer branding initiatives
• Performing other HR tasks as assigned

 

The ideal candidate must hold a University Degree in HR, Psychology, Management or a related field, whilst a minimum of 2 years of experience in an HR role is considered an asset.

This role demands strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills, with a strong attention to detail and a proactive approach.

One must be comfortable using technology and open to adopting new tools to streamline HR processes whenever possible.
