People Success Specialist

GCS Malta is looking for a People Success Specialist to work with one of Malta's leading communication services companies.

 

Responsibilities

• Supporting and advising management on people and business-related matters
• Assisting in day-to-day employee relations and HR activities
• Managing the recruitment and onboarding process for new team members
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with employees and management
• Assisting with HR processes related to offshore projects and subsidiaries
• Handling ad-hoc HR tasks, including reporting and analysis

 

The ideal candidate should hold a certification in Psychology and/or Human Resources Management and a minimum MQF 4 level qualification, whilst at least 1 year' experience working in an HR position.

This role requires a strong understanding of Maltese employment law, as well as excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.

Proficiency in using Microsoft office applications, especially Excel is essential.
