Reservations Supervisor

GCS Malta Is looking for a Reservation Supervisor to work with one of Malta's finest Hotels.

 

Responsibilities

• Supervising and supporting the reservations team with bookings and guest inquiries.
• Ensuring accurate entry of reservations in the PMS/CRS system.
• Maximizing room revenue through upselling and yield management strategies.
• Coordinating with Sales and Front Office teams on group bookings and availability.
• Handling escalated guest requests and maintaining high service standards.

 

The ideal candidate must have at least 2 years' experience in hotel reservations, with supervisory experience preferred.

This role demands strong knowledge of PMS (Opera Cloud) and CRS systems, excellent communication, leadership and organizational skills are required.

One must be flexible to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
