GCS Malta is looking for a Duty Manager to work with one of Malta's leading companies with one of Malta’s leading hotels.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing all hotel operations during the shift to ensure guest satisfaction and safety.
• Supervising and coordinating activities across departments, including Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, and Maintenance.
• Acting as the main point of contact for guests, managing complaints, feedback, and special requests efficiently.
• Ensuring prompt, professional, and courteous guest service at all times.
• Conducting regular inspections of the lobby and public areas to maintain cleanliness and presentation standards.
• Following up on guest feedback and implementing service recovery actions when required.

The ideal candidate should have prior experience in a similar position.

This role requires excellent organizational and follow-up skills, along with a proactive mindset and strong attention to detail.
