GCS Malta is looking for a Head of Onboarding to join one of Malta’s leading Fintech companies.
Responsibilities
- Developing and implementing efficient, compliant corporate onboarding processes.
- Collaborating with Sales, Compliance, and Operations to align onboarding with business goals.
- Managing the end-to-end onboarding lifecycle and ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Leading and mentoring the onboarding team to achieve KPIs and service standards.
- Resolving complex onboarding issues and supporting high-value clients.
- Conducting audits, monitoring KPIs, and reporting performance to management.
- Driving process improvements and maintaining strong cross-functional collaboration.
The ideal candidate must have at least 8 years of experience in client onboarding, KYC/AML, or related operations within the financial services sector, with a demonstrated ability to manage complex corporate or institutional onboarding processes.
This role requires a strong understanding of regulatory requirements within the relevant jurisdictions, along with excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Proven leadership experience in managing multidisciplinary teams is essential.
