GCS Malta is looking for a Life Insurance Underwriter to work with a leading insurance company in Malta.

 

Responsibilities

• Processing insurance transactions while delivering excellent customer service
• Assisting in preparing reports and financial statements
• Reviewing documentation, identifying missing information, and inputting applications
• Processing new business, assessing applications, and issuing policies
• Handling group life insurance for both new and renewal cases
• Managing client and broker queries efficiently
• Updating and maintaining internal databases
• Performing additional duties as required within the department

 

The ideal candidate must be in possession of an O’ Level in Biology and have previous experience as an underwriter, ideally in life insurance and in a health/ customer care-related position.

One must have strong analytical, organizational and communication with the ability to also work within a team.

Proficiency in IT is essential.
