GCS Malta is seeking a Front Office Administrator to work with one of Malta’s leading financial companies.

 

Responsibilities

  • Welcoming clients, handling calls, and managing post.
  • Logging, scanning, and storing documents electronically.
  • Maintaining boardrooms and meeting rooms.
  • Assisting with document preparation, filing, and archiving.
  • Supporting Directors with administrative tasks and travel arrangements.
  • Organizing events
  • Performing additional tasks as requested by Directors.
 

Previous experience in a similar role would be considered a valuable asset, although it is not a mandatory requirement for this position.

This role requires an organized and a meticulous approach with the ability to meet tight deadlines, along with excellent teamwork skills.

Fluency in both written and spoken English language and good knowledge of Office programs/tools.
