GCS Malta is seeking an Administrative Clerk to work with one of Malta’s leading manufacturing companies.
Responsibilities
- Working closely with the export team on orders and related documentation.
- Preparing sales reports and analyzing data to support decision-making.
- Handling customer calls, processing orders, and responding to inquiries promptly.
- Coordinating with the dispatch team to track order progress and ensure timely deliveries.
- Providing administrative support, including preparing and managing documentation.
- Performing additional sales-related tasks as required.
Candidates should be highly organized, possess strong communication and teamwork skills, demonstrate great attention to detail, and maintain a proactive and positive approach to their work.
The ideal candidate must be proficient in using MS Office applications.
