GCS Malta is seeking to recruit a Corporate Tax Lawyer to work with a leading multi-disciplinary law firm in Malta.

 

Responsibilities

• Advising local and international clients on corporate tax matters, including structuring, cross-border transactions, and tax planning.
• Providing guidance on direct and indirect taxes such as income tax, capital gains tax, and VAT.
• Assisting with corporate restructurings, mergers and acquisitions, and group reorganisations from a tax perspective.
• Preparing and submitting tax rulings while liaising with local tax authorities.
• Conducting legal research and drafting documents related to tax compliance.

 

The ideal candidate must hold an M.Adv. qualification, whilst previous experience in tax or related field will be considered an asset.

Ideally, candidates should possess strong teamwork and interpersonal skills, with the ability to perform well under pressure and maintain a results-oriented approach.

Fluency in both verbal and written English is essential.
