GCS Malta is seeking to recruit a Local Litigation Lawyer to work with a leading multi-disciplinary law firm in Malta.

 

Responsibilities

• Attending court and tribunal sessions
• Assisting clients by providing legal advice and support in constitutional, real estate, civil, commercial litigation, and arbitration matters
• Conducting legal research and drafting legal opinions and court documents
• Supporting the legal team as directed by the firm’s partners

 

The ideal candidate must be a fully warranted lawyer.

Candidates should possess strong teamwork and organizational skills and be highly motivated and result driven.

Strong written and spoken Maltese and English is essential within this role.
