GCS Malta Is looking for a QC Senior Analyst to work with one of the leading pharmaceutical companies.

 

Responsibilities

• Performing analyses using HPLC, GC, Spectrophotometry, Dissolution, and Microbiological testing.
• Ensuring all testing follows analytical methods, SOPs, and regulatory standards with accurate documentation per GDP.
• Conducting and monitoring stability studies to assess product shelf life and performance.
• Collaborating with teams on investigations, root cause analysis, and CAPA implementation.
• Sampling raw materials, intermediates, and finished products as per approved procedures.
• Maintaining compliance with GLP and Health & Safety protocols to ensure a safe and efficient laboratory environment.

 

The ideal candidate should hold a Degree in Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences or a related scientific discipline, whilst experience in a pharmaceutical QC laboratory, preferably within a GMP-regulated environment is considered an asset.

This role requires proven competence in analytical techniques such as HPLC, GC, and Spectroscopy, or Microbiological analysis.

Strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to perform effectively under pressure. Fluency in English is required.
