GCS Malta is looking for an HVAC Project Manager to work with one of Malta’s leading solar energy companies.
Responsibilities
- Overseeing HVAC projects from tender to completion, including design input, planning, and client coordination.
- Managing site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure quality and safety standards are maintained.
- Preparing project schedules, programmes, and progress reports.
- Monitoring budgets, cost control, and material/equipment procurement.
- Attending client meetings and addressing technical or commercial queries.
- Ensuring compliance with industry standards, health and safety regulations, and company procedures.
- Assisting with business development and estimating activities as needed.
The ideal candidate should possess relevant qualifications such as HNC/HND, SMSTS, CSCS, F-Gas, or equivalent, and have proven experience in managing HVAC or M&E projects, preferably within commercial, industrial, or large-scale residential settings.
This role requires a solid technical knowledge of air conditioning, ventilation, and heating systems, as well as the ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications while communicating effectively with clients and engineers.
Excellent organizational, leadership and multitasking skills are essential. Proficiency in MS office and project management tools is required.
