GCS Malta is looking for an HR Executive to work with leading building-services company in Malta.
Responsibilities
- Supporting and implementing HR initiatives across recruitment, onboarding, training, wellbeing, and employee engagement.
- Coordinating and recording training and development programmes in line with company goals.
- Administering EU-funded training schemes, including Investing in Skills (IIS).
- Preparing and maintaining HR dashboards and reports to monitor key metrics.
- Contributing to HR digitalization and process improvement initiatives.
- Collaborating with managers to identify workforce development and upskilling needs.
- Organizing employee wellbeing initiatives, internal events, and engagement activities.
- Ensuring compliance with Maltese employment law and upholding ethical HR practices.
The ideal candidate should hold a qualification in HR, Business Administration, or a related field, with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in HR operations or training. Experience within the engineering or construction industry would be considered a strong asset.
Ideally, applicants should be passionate about people, learning, and organizational development with strong project management, communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluency in English is essential, whilst Maltese is an advantage. Proficiency in using Microsoft office applications, such as Excel, PowerPoint and basic AI tools is required.
