GCS Malta is seeking a Sales Technical Support to work with one of Malta's leading retail companies.

Responsibilities

• Providing technical and administrative support to the sales team
• Reviewing and verifying sales orders for accuracy in units, materials, colours, and models
• Coordinating between clients, sales, and technical teams to resolve technical issues
• Conducting site visits and measurements to confirm installation readiness
• Communicating with foreign suppliers for product details and specifications
• Ensuring customers receive accurate and timely information throughout the process

The ideal candidate must have experience or knowledge in the furniture industry, along with strong knowledge of CAD/Design software and Microsoft 365 is considered an asset.

One must have excellent organizational, communication and teamwork skills, with a detail-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering quality and efficiency.

Fluency in English and Maltese is required, while knowledge of Italian is considered an asset.
