GCS Malta is seeking to recruit a Training Manager to join one of Malta’s leading companies within hospitality and entertainment.

 

Responsibilities

  • Designing and delivering brand-specific training programs for all staff levels.
  • Developing annual training plans aligned with business and compliance needs.
  • Conducting Health & Safety, HACCP, and service standards training.
  • Leading onboarding, coaching, and re-training initiatives.
  • Assessing training effectiveness through feedback and performance metrics.
  • Collaborating with HR and department heads on learning and development needs.
  • Maintaining training records and managing related administration.
  • Overseeing the training budget and promoting a culture of continuous learning.

 

The ideal candidate must be in possession of a valid skills pass and have previous experience of at least 3 years working in a high-end restaurant, as it is considered an asset.

This role requires a strong understanding of its impact on the restaurant's success, along with excellent leadership, time management, and communication skills.

Fluency in written and spoken English is essential and any other European language, along with being able to work on a shift basis.
