GCS Malta is looking for a Director of Sales to join one of Malta's leading group of companies within hospitality and entertainment fields.

 

Responsibilities

  • Leading pre-opening sales efforts and building relationships with tour operators, MICE planners, and corporate clients
  • Developing and executing sales strategies across leisure, MICE, corporate, and luxury segments
  • Collaborating with global sales teams to enhance brand reach and impact
  • Driving performance through revenue, pricing, and distribution strategies
  • Hiring, mentoring, and inspiring a high-performing sales team
 

The ideal candidate should possess at least 5 years of senior sales leadership experience, preferably including pre-opening experience in luxury or lifestyle hotels.

This role requires a well-established network across the European travel trade, corporate, and MICE markets, along with strong strategic thinking, commercial acumen, and a hands-on approach.

Fluency in English is required, whilst other European languages are a plus.
