GCS Malta is seeking a B2B IT Salesperson to join a leading IT services provider in Malta.
Responsibilities
- Supporting the sales cycle to grow managed IT services revenue.
- Coordinating and submitting tender responses across eTenders and other portals.
- Compiling and reviewing proposal documents, pricing, and technical specifications.
- Managing tender pipelines, deadlines, and key milestones.
- Engaging with clients to gather requirements and shape proposals.
- Collaborating with technical teams to translate input into clear offers.
- Ensuring compliance with procurement rules and internal policies.
- Following up on tenders, assisting negotiations, and coordinating handovers.
- Preparing quotes and service packages for SME and corporate clients.
The ideal candidate should have experience in IT services or technology sales/support, such as managed services, helpdesk operations, infrastructure, cloud solutions, or similar areas.
This role requires experience with the eTenders platform or other public procurement portals, as well as strong proficiency in Microsoft tools and CRM systems.
One must have a proactive approach, with the ability to take initiative and ownership. Fluency in both Maltese and English languages is essential.
