GCS Malta is looking for an Administrative Assistant – Banking & Finance to work with a leading firm in Malta.
Responsibilities
- Providing first-line support to lawyers
- Handling telephone and email inquiries
- Maintaining manual and electronic records
- Opening and archiving client files
- Inputting timesheets
- Preparing invoices and managing debt collection
- Conducting AML checks on new clients
- Managing incoming and outgoing mail and couriers
- Performing general secretarial duties, including preparing boardrooms, greeting clients, filing, scanning, and photocopying
- Running necessary errands
This role calls for strong organizational, time management, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively under pressure and a sharp attention to detail.
Fluency in both written and spoken English and Maltese, with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications are essential.
