GCS Malta is seeking a Swedish – Sales Team Leader to work with one of Malta's leading tech companies.

 

Responsibilities

  • Managing the sales team and ensuring targets are met
  • Listening to sellers’ calls and assisting with closing deals
  • Opening support tickets when needed
  • Being responsible for meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Checking daily reports and acting accordingly
  • Reviewing sellers’ performance from the previous day and assigning daily targets
  • Holding one-on-one meetings and handling disciplinary issues when required
  • Motivating the sales representatives throughout the shift
  • Providing daily feedback on one representative to the shift manager
  • Conducting attendance checks at the start of each shift

 

The ideal candidate should have experience leading a sales team or working in a managerial role.

One must be passionate about delivering excellent customer service, willing to learn and adapt, and able to work effectively as part of a team.

Fluency in spoken Swedish is a must.
