GCS Malta is seeking a Swedish – Sales Team Leader to work with one of Malta's leading tech companies.
Responsibilities
- Managing the sales team and ensuring targets are met
- Listening to sellers’ calls and assisting with closing deals
- Opening support tickets when needed
- Being responsible for meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Checking daily reports and acting accordingly
- Reviewing sellers’ performance from the previous day and assigning daily targets
- Holding one-on-one meetings and handling disciplinary issues when required
- Motivating the sales representatives throughout the shift
- Providing daily feedback on one representative to the shift manager
- Conducting attendance checks at the start of each shift
The ideal candidate should have experience leading a sales team or working in a managerial role.
One must be passionate about delivering excellent customer service, willing to learn and adapt, and able to work effectively as part of a team.
Fluency in spoken Swedish is a must.
