GCS Malta is looking for a Business Development Executive to join a leading energy solutions company.
Responsibilities
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Conducting market research to identify trends and potential clients.
- Preparing and presenting tailored proposals with the engineering team.
- Promoting products and services through meetings and events.
- Collaborating with internal teams to align proposals with client needs.
- Negotiating, closing deals, and achieving sales targets.
- Maintaining accurate CRM records and preparing performance reports.
- Representing the company at industry events to enhance brand visibility.
The ideal candidate should hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering, Environmental Studies, or a related field, with 2–5 years of experience in business development, technical sales, or project-based selling—preferably within the energy, engineering, or sustainability sectors.
One must have a solid understanding of energy-efficiency technologies and sustainable solutions, with the ability to translate technical concepts into clear business value for clients.
Strong analytical and negotiation skills, paired with a results-driven mindset, are essential. The role also requires proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools, as well as a valid driving license.
