GCS Malta is seeking a Cost Administrative Coordinator to work with one of Malta’s leading manufacturing companies.

 

Responsibilities

  • Monitoring daily cost records for raw materials, packaging, and production processes.
  • Analyzing sales trends to support forecasting, planning, and business decisions.
  • Assisting with budgeting and forecasting, ensuring accuracy and timely submissions.
  • Monitoring production variances and investigating discrepancies to improve cost control.
  • Preparing and presenting cost analysis reports for management review.
  • Coordinating with procurement, production, and finance teams to maintain accurate costing.
  • Managing production planning, resource allocation, and inventory levels to enhance operational efficiency.

 

The ideal candidate should have prior experience in cost accounting, administration, or finance, preferably within the food or dairy sector.

One must have strong analytical and numerical skills, with strong attention to detail and accuracy. This role requires the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Proficiency in Microsoft office, especially Excel, for data analysis and reporting is essential.
