GCS Malta is seeking to recruit a Real Estate Sales Associate to join a leading consultancy firm.

 

Responsibilities

  • Assisting clients in buying and selling residential and commercial properties.
  • Generating leads through networking, referrals, and marketing efforts.
  • Advising clients on market conditions and property prices.
  • Conducting property viewings.
  • Negotiating offers and contracts between buyers and sellers.
  • Preparing and reviewing contracts, agreements, and related documents.
  • Staying updated on real estate laws, zoning regulations, and financing options.
  • Maintaining relationships with clients, developers, and industry professionals.
  • Identifying opportunities to cross-sell H&P’s services.
  • Supporting the Letting Team as needed.

 

The ideal candidate must be in possession of a Real Estate License, whilst at least 3 years of experience in a Real Estate Sales position is considered an asset.

The ideal candidate has knowledge of local property market trends, strong business networks, and marketing skills—or a willingness to learn—including CRM use, online marketing, and promotional material creation. Experience in immigration-by-investment is a plus.

One must be fluent in both written and spoken Maltese and English and in possession of a Maltese Driving License.
