GCS Malta is seeking to recruit an Assistant Operations Manager to join a leading consultancy firm.

 

Responsibilities

Supporting the Group Head of Operational Projects in ensuring efficient and timely completion of operational projects.

Collaborating with internal departments and stakeholders to enhance project outcomes and daily working practices.

Assisting in the development and improvement of online tools and systems for staff and client use.

Helping prepare reports and refine standard operating procedures for the firm’s additional services.

Contributing to the creation and updating of SOPs and guidelines to maintain consistency and quality.

Reviewing existing working practices and recommending improvements where necessary.

Identifying opportunities to streamline processes and enhance overall efficiency.

Providing administrative support to the Group Head of Operational Projects.

 

The ideal candidate must be in possession of an Undergraduate Degree in Business, Economics, Marketing or related, a master’s or an advanced Degree will be advantageous, whilst experience in quality assurance, administration or project management within corporate environments is considered an asset.

One must have a proven track record of successfully improving the quality standards of processes and practices.

Fluency in both written and spoken English and proficiency in using Microsoft office applications is essential.
