GCS Malta is seeking to recruit a Mandarin Speaking Relationship Manager to join a leading consultancy firm.
Responsibilities
- Managing key client relationships through regular contact and visits.
- Acting as the primary client contact and advocate, escalating issues and requests as needed.
- Building and executing a client-focused relationship framework, including scheduled status calls and application reviews.
- Maintaining customer satisfaction through account planning, proactive communication, and issue resolution.
- Identifying and leveraging cross-selling opportunities to align firm offerings with client needs.
- Coordinating internal resources to support clients in meeting application requirements.
The ideal candidate should hold an undergraduate degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, or a related field, with a master’s or advanced degree considered an advantage. A minimum of three years’ experience in account management within investments, insurance, private banking, or wealth management is highly desirable.
This role requires a demonstrated ability to build and maintain multi-level client relationships, with a strong aptitude for identifying cross-selling opportunities for H&P’s services. The candidate must interact with clients and associates accurately and with a professional, courteous demeanour.
One must be self-motivated, ability to work unsupervised as well as being able to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. High level of the English and Mandarin language is essential.
