GCS Malta is seeking an Application Support Specialist to join a local public agency.
Responsibilities
- Providing Level 1 and 2 business application support and maintaining workflows, functions, and system configurations.
- Working with end-users to create, test, and manage workflow rules, validations, and triggers, while documenting workflows and data maps.
- Delivering system and data collection projects, coordinating with technical, security, and QA teams to ensure full integration and quality.
- Supporting server, database, and application environments, and assisting Data Management and Analytics teams with operational data architecture.
- Participating in security assessments, supporting API integrations and ETL development, and handling daily admin and production support tasks.
The ideal candidate should hold an MQF Level 6 qualification in Computer Science with a minimum of three years’ experience, or an MQF Level 5 qualification with at least four years’ experience.
The candidate should have proven experience administering an enterprise CRM or ERP platform, including designing and implementing process flows. They must also be familiar with enterprise web applications, database operations, and SQL within a Microsoft stack environment. Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary teams are essential.
One should be fluent in both Maltese and English.
