GCS Malta is seeking a Business Training Executive to work with one of Malta's leading insurance group of companies.

 

Responsibilities

• Designing and coordinating the annual CPD Business Training programme.
• Developing and supporting Induction training for new distributors and employees.
• Assisting in creating Commercial sales training focused on client engagement.
• Delivering ad-hoc and ongoing training for distribution channels.
• Communicating training requirements to the Distribution Network for TII license compliance.
• Collaborating with the team on additional tasks as needed.

 

The ideal candidate should have experience in training and learning development within the insurance or financial services sector, including expertise in sales skills training.

This role requires excellent presentation and facilitation skills, with the ability to work independently and handle information confidentially with minimal supervision.

Proficient use of Microsoft office applications is essential.
