GCS Malta is seeking to recruit a Concierge Services Manager to join a leading consultancy firm.

 

Responsibilities

  • Acting as an ambassador for the firm with stakeholders.
  • Providing and organizing hospitality services for clients.
  • Meeting clients at the office or accommodation as needed.
  • Managing itineraries, reservations, and ensuring payments and agreements.
  • Tracking and responding to service requests efficiently.
  • Developing and adhering to concierge SOPs.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with service providers.
  • Handling emergencies with solution-focused approaches.
  • Communicating with stakeholders to enhance service delivery.
  • Collaborating with the team and supporting cross-department tasks.

 

The ideal candidate should have at least four years of managerial experience in the event, concierge, or hospitality industry, with a proven track record of managing multiple service providers and sales experience.

One must be goal-driven, with strong communication, organizational, and presentation skills, and the ability to work independently or within a team. They can recognize and adapt to diverse thinking and cultural styles, build and maintain relationships with stakeholders and service providers, handle multiple tasks efficiently, and perform business administration accurately and consistently.
