GCS Malta is looking for a Payroll Assistant to join one of Malta’s leading corporate companies.

 

Responsibilities

  • Assisting in processing payroll for multiple clients.
  • Supporting the preparation and submission of employment-related documentation to government and other entities.
  • Assisting with FSS submissions to the tax department.
  • Assisting with employment licensing and work permit applications.
  • Providing general administrative support within the department.

 

The ideal candidate must have at minimum an A’ Level Standard of education, whilst at least a year’ experience in payroll is considered an asset.

This role requires knowledge of Indigo payroll package. One must have strong organizational, interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to both works independently and as part of a team.

Fluency in English is essential, along with proficiency in using Microsoft office applications,
