GCS Malta is seeking to recruit an Associate (Lawyer) – Asset Finance, Aviation & Fintech to work with a leading multi-disciplinary law firm in Malta.
Responsibilities
- Assisting borrowers and lenders in asset finance transactions.
- Handling aviation finance matters, including aircraft registrations and mortgages.
- Advising fintech clients, including crypto-asset service providers and stablecoin issuers.
The ideal candidate must hold a warrant to practice as an Advocate with at least 1 year’ post-qualification experience.
This role requires the ability to work under pressure and be result-oriented, whilst also able to work within a team.
Fluency in both written and spoken English is essential.
