GCS Malta is seeking a Senior Executive – Business Consulting Services to join one of Malta’s leading financial companies.

 

Responsibilities

• Leading complex analyses independently with minimal supervision
• Developing advanced financial and economic models for project evaluation
• Analysing regulatory and policy changes and assessing client impact
• Drafting clear, accurate, and comprehensive technical reports
• Conducting in-depth market and sector research, including forecasting
• Ensuring deliverables meet high technical and quality standards
• Responding to technical queries and explaining methodologies as required
• Providing data-driven insights for proposals and procurement initiatives
• Advising on public procurement strategies, tender documentation, evaluation methods, and compliance

 

One must hold a Bachelor or Master’s Degree in Economics, Social Policy or Public Policy or in a related field, whilst 3-4 years of consulting experience is considered an asset.

The ideal candidate must have a proven track record of successful client engagements and a good understanding of public sector operations, EU finding mechanisms and regulatory environments.

Strong leadership and team management skills are essential, along with having high attention to detail and a proactive approach.
