GCS Malta is looking for an IT Change Manager to join an international high-tech company.
Responsibilities
- Managing end-to-end Change Management process across CID programs
- Supporting stakeholders in implementing effective changes and ensuring compliance
- Monitoring change success, downtime, and risks, and developing mitigation plans
- Conducting impact analyses, readiness assessments, and resource planning
- Maintaining change documentation, registers, and continuous improvement updates
- Coordinating releases, deployments, rollbacks, and ensuring team/client readiness
- Chairing technical meetings and communicating status to stakeholders and executives
- Delivering Root Cause Analysis for failed changes and implementing preventive measures
- Training stakeholders on change management processes
- Supporting audits, Business Continuity, and Disaster Recovery activities
- Performing other duties as required
The ideal candidate must hold a higher level of education in software engineering or computer science. This role also requires a minimum of 4-7 years’ experience of formal change control, release, and deployment in controlled environments with experience working internationally.
