GCS Malta is looking for a Technical Customer Support Representative to work with an international telecoms company in Malta.

 

Responsibilities

  • Handling inbound customer enquiries and complaints professionally and promptly, aiming for first-contact resolution.
  • Providing accurate, complete, and timely information using appropriate tools and methods.
  • Monitoring and analyzing customer traffic and system infrastructure, reporting or escalating issues as needed.
  • Preparing and issuing periodic performance reports, identifying anomalies for the Commercial team.
  • Building rapport and trust with customers through effective communication.
  • Proactively identifying potential issues before they are reported by customers.
  • Following company communication processes, procedures, guidelines, and policies.
  • Performing any other tasks assigned by management.
 

The ideal candidate should have at least an ordinary level education with a technical background, along with proven experience in customer support or other customer-facing roles. An IT or technical qualification, or equivalent, is considered an asset.

Candidates should be passionate about customer service, prioritizing customer satisfaction and first-contact resolution. They must also possess strong analytical, technical troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English & Italian is essential.
