GCS Malta is looking for a Manager – Tax & Corporate Services to work with one of Malta's leading corporate service providers.

 

Responsibilities

• Providing comprehensive tax advisory services to clients on corporate and personal tax matters
• Managing tax compliance obligations, including preparation and submission of tax returns and statutory filings
• Delivering corporate services such as company incorporations, share transfers, share allotments, and ongoing corporate governance support

 

The selected candidate must be a qualified accountant and hold a diploma in taxation or a comparable qualification.

This role requires a solid understanding of the Maltese tax system and the Companies Act.

One must have the ability to work independently and as part of a team with strong organizational, communication and leadership skills.
