GCS Malta is seeking an Investor Relations Officer to work with one of Malta’s leading financial companies.

 

Responsibilities

• Completing AML and KYC checks on shareholder accounts
• Processing transaction orders, including subscriptions, redemptions, and transfers
• Maintaining accurate shareholder registers for administered funds
• Preparing and issuing periodic reports on shareholder trading activity to Fund Managers
• Liaising with investors to address queries on an ongoing basis
• Managing and supporting the Transfer Agency relationship with Fund Managers

 

The ideal candidate must be in possession of a Diploma in Compliance and/or AML, whilst a minimum of a year’s experience in a fund administration or an AML role is considered an asset.

One must be professional and proactive, possess strong communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work within a fast-paced environment.

Fluency in the English language is considered a must. Proficiency in using MS office is required.
