GCS Malta is looking for an HR Business Analyst to work with one of Malta’s leading consumer goods companies.
Responsibilities
- Maintaining and updating HR databases, ensuring timely data imports and accuracy.
- Developing and maintaining standard and ad hoc reports and dashboards in Power BI.
- Liaising with ICT and stakeholders to ensure data integrity and ERP alignment.
- Driving automation and standardization of HR reporting, processes, and SOPs.
- Mapping HR processes to identify and implement automation opportunities.
- Leading HR system–related projects in collaboration with IT and other departments.
- Supporting internal and external audits through data and stakeholder coordination.
- Training and coaching HR staff on Power BI, ERP, and HR systems.
- Supporting performance management, talent development, and KPI calibration processes.
The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field, with at least three years’ experience in the FMCG sector, including strong exposure to data management, research, information analysis, and problem-solving.
The role requires project management expertise, experience in solution delivery, training and performance management, along with strong knowledge of HR ERP systems and industry-standard business intelligence and reporting tools.
