GCS Malta is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to work with one of Malta's leading construction companies.
Responsibilities
- Preparing tenders, estimates, and pricing
- Managing cost control, budgets, and forecasts
- Drafting subcontractor and piecework contracts
- Preparing monthly valuations and payment applications
- Monitoring costs and reporting variances
- Liaising with Project Managers, Commercial, and Accounts teams
The ideal candidate should be in possession of a Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or a related field, whilst 2-5 years’ experience in a similar role within the construction industry is considered an asset.
Candidates should possess strong knowledge of contract administration and cost control, with proven experience in a contracting environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and standard QS tools are essential.
