GCS Malta is looking for a Project Coordinator to work with one of Malta’s leading solar energy companies.
Responsibilities
- Leading and managing M&E projects from execution to handover
- Developing schedules, budgets, and resource plans
- Coordinating with clients, consultants, and contractors
- Reviewing technical drawings and ensuring compliance
- Overseeing installation, testing, and commissioning
- Ensuring safety, quality, and regulatory compliance
- Monitoring progress and reporting to management
- Managing and mentoring project staff
The ideal candidate must hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or electrical Engineering from a recognized institution with proven experience in engineering projects.
This role requires strong project management skills, including planning, scheduling, prioritizing, and allocating resources, combined with the ability to interpret, implement, and enforce company policies and procedures. It also demands awareness of health, safety, and environmental hazards associated with the trade.
Fluency in both written and spoken English and Maltese is required, whilst knowledge of Italian language is considered an asset.
