GCS Malta Is looking for a Junior Internal Audit Officer to join one of Malta’s leading Fintech companies.

 

Responsibilities

• Supporting internal audit planning, fieldwork, and reporting.
• Assisting in drafting reports with findings and recommendations.
• Coordinating with management for timely audit action closure.
• Aiding in committee reporting and annual audit plan development.
• Contributing to team objectives and continuous improvement.
• Building trust-based relationships for effective collaboration.
• Assisting senior management in risk assessment and monitoring.
• Attending training for continuous professional development.

 

The chosen candidate must hold a Degree in Accountancy, Legal, Audit or related, whilst a minimum of 1 year experience in an audit environment is considered an asset.

Strong communication, analytical and organizational skills are required within this role, along with having the ability to work on own initiative and multitask.

Fluency in written and spoken English is essential, whilst proficiency in using Microsoft office applications is a must.
