GCS Malta is looking for an Administrative Assistant – Dispute Resolution Team/ Litigation to work with a leading firm in Malta.

 

Responsibilities

  • Providing first-line support to lawyers
  • Handling telephone and email inquiries
  • Maintaining manual and electronic records
  • Opening and archiving client files
  • Inputting timesheets
  • Preparing invoices and managing debt collection
  • Conducting AML checks on new clients
  • Managing incoming and outgoing mail and couriers
  • Performing general secretarial duties, including preparing boardrooms, greeting clients, filing, scanning, and photocopying
  • Running necessary errands

 

This role calls for strong organizational, time management, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively under pressure and a sharp attention to detail.

Fluency in both written and spoken English and Maltese, with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications are essential.
