GCS Malta is looking for an HR Assistant to join to join one of Malta’s leading corporate and legal companies.
Responsibilities
- Assisting with all administrative duties relevant to the department.
- Creating and maintaining new joiner profiles and employee files.
- Updating and maintaining employee records and internal databases.
- Filing and organizing HR documentation.
- Scheduling interviews and employee appraisals.
- Coordinating internal events and ordering promotional items.
- Managing tasks related to employee corporate cards.
- Providing general administrative support to the HR department as required.
The selected candidate must have prior experience in a similar role.
This role demands excellent organizational skills, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Fluency in both written and verbal Maltese and English is essential, along with proficient use of MS Excel, Word and Outlook.
