GCS Malta is looking for a Lead Associate to join one of Malta's leading financial companies.
The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Law, Financial Services, Criminology, or a related field, along with a professional certification such as ACAMS, ICA, ICBF, or GDPR. While a minimum of one year of experience in a CSP, financial institution, or regulatory environment is an advantage, training will be provided.
Strong communication skills are essential, along with a proactive mindset, keen attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively.
A strong command of written and spoken English is required, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and solid research and data analysis skills.

Responsibilities
- Advising on and managing all compliance matters.
- Developing, updating, and implementing policies and procedures.
- Monitoring compliance and risk activities, identifying trends and issues.
- Reviewing and resolving compliance concerns independently.
- Preparing reports for the Board and regulators.
- Ensuring AML, sanctions, and regulatory compliance.
- Supporting audits, inspections, and training programs.
- Leading compliance initiatives and promoting a culture of integrity.
