GCS Malta is seeking a Technician Maintenance Coordinator (Aftersales) to work with one of Malta’s leading engineering consultancy firms. The successful candidate will work closely with technicians, management and clients.
The ideal candidate should hold an Electrical License A and/or B, an F-Gas License, and relevant qualifications in mechanical, electrical, HVAC, or building services. A minimum of 2 years’ experience in service coordination, scheduling, or a similar operational role, along with at least 5 years’ experience as a technician in HVAC, mechanical, electrical, or related M&E fields, is considered an asset.
Candidates should possess excellent organizational, planning, and communication skills, with keen attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Responsibilities
- Scheduling and allocating technicians based on skills, availability, and service needs.
- Coordinating reactive and emergency callouts.
- Ensuring accurate service reports, client signoffs, and record-keeping.
- Monitoring service quality, response times, and identifying areas for improvement.
- Acting as the main liaison between technicians, management, and clients.
- Supporting invoicing, administrative tasks, and workflow optimization.
