GCS Malta is seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk to work with one of Malta's leading Logistics companies.
The ideal candidate should have at least an MQF Level 4 qualification in accounting, finance, or a related field, with 1–2 years of experience in a similar role, such as accounting or accounts receivable, considered an advantage.
A high level of accuracy in data entry and financial record-keeping is required, along with strong communication skills to interact effectively with suppliers and internal teams.
Proficiency in Microsoft Business Central and Microsoft Excel is required.

GCS Malta is seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk to work with one of Malta's leading Logistics companies.
Responsibilities
- Processing incoming invoices and payments in line with company policies.
- Verifying and recording supplier invoices, purchase orders, and delivery notes.
- Preparing and tracking payments via cheque, bank transfer, and electronic methods.
- Reconciling accounts payable ledgers, vendor statements, and resolving discrepancies.
- Reconciling monthly bank statements and investigating variances.
- Managing cash transactions and maintaining accurate supporting documentation.
- Maintaining organized accounting records for audit and reporting purposes.
- Preparing regular reports on accounts payable and cash balances.
- Liaising with vendors and internal departments to resolve invoice and payment queries.
- Assisting in improving and streamlining accounts payable and cash handling processes.
