GCS Malta is looking for an Operations & Logistics Executive to work with a leading company in Malta.
The ideal candidate will have experience in operations and logistics, including importation, documentation, liaising with customs and ports, and managing track-and-trace processes and all related customs documentation.
This role requires strong project management, strategic planning, and problem-solving skills, along with excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required, along with fluency in English and Maltese is a plus.

GCS Malta is looking for an Operations & Logistics Executive to work with a leading company in Malta.
Responsibilities
- Managing product distribution across the value chain and liaising with distributors, wholesalers, retailers, and partners.
- Ordering products from EU customers and managing imports into Malta.
- Coordinating communications with customs, ports, and track-and-trace systems, ensuring smooth final distribution.
- Recording all incoming stock and monitoring sales.
- Leading strategic planning for direct retail channel growth and market expansion.
- Managing indirect retail partners and key accounts through strategic planning, store visibility initiatives, contract negotiations, and stakeholder relationships.
- Preparing regular business updates and performance reports for the PMI Malta Country Manager.
- Ensuring compliance with brand, marketing, consumer experience, and internal process guidelines.
