GCS Malta is seeking a Customer Service Manager to work with one of Malta’s financial services industries. 
 

Responsibilities

  • Enhancing customer service and driving engagement
  • Resolving customer issues and ensuring satisfaction
  • Developing service policies and procedures
  • Managing and growing the chat channel to increase revenue
  • Coaching agents and reviewing chat interactions
  • Analyzing performance data and preparing reports
  • Recruiting, mentoring, and empowering the customer service team
  • Applying industry best practices and improving workflows

The ideal candidate must be in possession of a BS Degree in Business Administration or related, whilst proven experience as a customer service manager is considered an asset. 

Applicants must have proven experience in customer service support and is fluent in English, with strong client-facing and communication skills. One must possess a solid understanding of customer service software, databases, and tools, along with up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and applications. 

Strategic thinking, leadership abilities, advanced troubleshooting, and multitasking skills are essential, as is a customer-oriented mindset.
