One must possess a solid understanding of customer service software, databases, and tools, along with up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and applications.
Strategic thinking, leadership abilities, advanced troubleshooting, and multitasking skills are essential, as is a customer-oriented mindset.

- Managing and growing the chat channel to increase revenue
- Coaching agents and reviewing chat interactions
- Analyzing performance data and preparing reports
- Recruiting, mentoring, and empowering the customer service team
- Applying industry best practices and improving workflows
