GCS Malta is looking for a Business Analyst experienced in process improvement and automation projects to join one of Malta's leading consumer goods companies.
The ideal candidate would be in possession of an MQF Level 6 qualification in Computer Science, Business Analytics or Business & IT, whilst 3 years of ICT professional experience and experience in BPA, software application deployment and IT project management is considered an asset.
One must have strong business analysis skills, expertise in process mapping, requirements gathering, and ERP modules across key business areas. They have hands-on experience in IT project delivery, understand software development and manufacturing ICT needs, and are familiar with business intelligence and reporting technologies. They can analyse requirements, select appropriate procedures, and organise work efficiently.

Responsibilities
- Developing a solid understanding of FCP finance department processes
- Analysing finance business processes
- Training finance users
- Supporting the deployment of business process automation solutions
- Providing first line support to finance systems end users
- Supporting data quality and security audit processes
