The ideal candidate must hold a Bachelor’s Degree in IT or Diploma in a related field or Microsoft Certification.
The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of computer hardware, networks, and software, excellent problem-solving and communication skills, and a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
One must have a clean driving license.

Responsibilities
- Providing first-level technical support to end-users
- Troubleshooting hardware and software issues
- Installing, configuring, and maintaining IT systems
- Performing network implementation and administration tasks
